Cancellations
I appreciate that you may need to cancel our session due to unforeseen circumstances. Please communicate this with me as soon as you need to reschedule. If the booking is cancelled or rescheduled with more than 24 hours notice then the deposit is refundable or can go towards a future booking. If the booking is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, 50% of the total booking fee is due to be paid.
