No calls/ No shows will be banned from booking! Communication is everything, if you’re needing to reschedule, just let me know 15-30 minutes in advance. If you have a set appointment, you get a grace period of 10 minutes, after 10 minutes you’ll be charged a late fee. This is nothing personal.
