Cancellations
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your booking, please notify me at least 4 hours in advance. Cancellations made within this time frame will not incur any additional charges and full refund will be issued. However, cancellations made less than 4 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
