Availability
When my profile is marked "available now" that does not mean I'm available that second. It means I have availability left for that day Keep in mind it is pretty rare for me to have any same day availability. Same day requests require an extra $100 on top of my regular rates. I’m normally only available from around 11am until 9pm. If you prebook there is a much better chance I can be available at the time and day you’d like to see me. I am never available for last minute appointments unless I happen to be free and the day available is listed at the top of my ad. Keep in mind that is extremely rare. I am a low volume provider and normally only available 1-2 days a week. I also book up very fast with pre bookings. The days of the week I’m available vary each week so check my schedule that’s always posted at the top of my ad. I'm usually only available for incall or outcalls very close to Cranberry. There may be days I can do outcalls a little further away it just depends on my schedule that day. You must give at least two days notice for an outcall. The only way I could possibly do same day is if we've already met, you are in Cranberry, it's listed I'm available that day at that top of my page and I happen to be free. On the weekends I am only available for outcalls unless stated otherwise on the top of my ad.

Policies
Deposits
I require a deposit for all new clients. Deposits are 25% of the rate. FMTY requires a 50% deposit. This is so I don’t waste my time/travel/hotel cost. In the very rare case I need to cancel, your deposit will of course be refunded.
Cancellations
If there’s an emergency and you need to cancel that is of course not a problem. I do require a $100 cancellation fee for hour appointments and $150-$250 for multi hour appointments if you cancel within 24 hours. But if you are canceling on your second attempt at an appointment I require the full amount for your booking. If you do not send your cancellation fee you will not be booked for future appointments. If you do not show up to your appointment without any warning you will be on my blacklist permanently and will not be booked for future appointments.
