Deposits
To confirm your booking, a deposit of 20% of the total cost (50% for FMTY) is required. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable. However, if you find that you need to cancel your booking, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. In this case, your deposit can be applied to a rescheduled booking within the next 2 months. I'm committed to making every effort to accommodate your scheduling needs. Thank you for your understanding and for valuing my time and commitment to providing the best possible service.
Cancellations
In order to ensure that I can best serve all of my clients, I kindly request that you provide me with 48 hours notice for any cancellations (7 days notice for FMTY bookings). With appropriate notice, your deposit can be applied to a rescheduled booking within the next 2 months, and I will make every effort to accommodate your scheduling needs. Please note that for cancellations within the 48-hour window, I will require a 50% cancellation fee. Additionally, for FMTY bookings cancelled within the 7-day window, your deposit will unfortunately be forfeited.
