Deposits
To confirm and secure your session, a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total session fee is required at the time of booking. This deposit ensures your commitment and reserves your appointment in my schedule. Please note that without a deposit, your session time cannot be guaranteed. Terms: - Payment Method: Deposits can be made via CashApp, PayPal, Venmo, etc. All payments should be sent discreetly to maintain privacy. - Deposit Amount: A 30% deposit of the session fee is required to secure your booking. This amount will be deducted from the total session cost at the time of your appointment.
Cancellations
I value my time and yours, and I understand that sometimes plans can change. To ensure a smooth and respectful scheduling process, please review the cancellation policy below: Cancellation Notice: - Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled session to avoid any penalties. - If you provide the required 48-hour notice, your deposit can be applied to a rescheduled session within 30 days of the original appointment date. This ensures you don’t lose your deposit if something unexpected comes up. Late Cancellations: - If you cancel within 24-48 hours of your scheduled session, 50% of your deposit will be forfeited. The remaining 50% can be applied to a rescheduled session within 30 days. No-Shows and Cancellations Within 24 Hours: - Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session or failure to attend without notice (no-show) will result in the forfeiture of the entire deposit. A new deposit will be required to rebook. Rescheduling: - Should you need to reschedule, please contact me as soon as possible. I will do my best to accommodate, but please be aware that all rescheduling requests are subject to my availability. Respect and Professionalism: - My time, like yours, is valuable.
