in addition to a completed client questionnaire and a brief telephone chat to ensure we're compatible, a deposit of $75 for each hour scheduled is required. after scheduling, i will email your options regarding placing a deposit. after i receive your deposit you will receive another email with further instructions.

Cancellations

I understand that life happens and sometimes the unavoidable occurs. Therefore, as long as you cancel at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled start time, you will have one opportunity to reschedule. If you cancel AGAIN after rescheduling, there is no refund of the initial deposit & another will be required before scheduling again. In the case of a "no call, no show," your deposit will not be refunded & you will be exempt from scheduling in the future.
