Welcome back to another Tryst.link update! The month of September was all about those little tweaks and improvements that make your experience on the site better. We know that even the smallest things (such as a button working better, or clearer instructions when you need to send us a verification photo) make a huge difference to your stress levels day-to-day, and we hope these tweaks will help smooth the way so you can get things done on the site and keep making bank. ;-)
New on the Site This Month
- An improved experience for new providers thanks to some improvements we’ve made to our submission process. There’s some more info included to ensure you have an easy time getting set up!Better guidance for providers who need to re-submit their verification information. We encourage you to read this improved advice and send us updated information…we’ll make sure your submission is prioritised once you do, to get your ad online as soon as possible!
Other Improvements
- Some users were having trouble submitting their age verification. We've investigated the cause and improved the page to make it clearer.
- Some folks on our Premium+ plan were experiencing an issue with locations duplicating when setting multiple home bases. We've investigated and fixed the issue. Next time you edit your profile, this will be resolved once you save it.
- When setting up 2-step login, if we detect that your device doesn't support passkeys we'll disable the setup button to reduce confusion.
- FreeOTP has been added to the list of recommended authenticator apps on our 2-step login setup page.
- Improved the notification that you’ll receive if your emergency recovery code is used to access your account - this will alert you to unauthorised access using the code and allow you to act on it quickly. Fixed self-service account closure for clients accounts - clients who were unable to close their own accounts should now be able to do so.
