We’ve got some exciting news for you this month. Tryst has been hard at work setting up a brand-spanking-new blog by workers, for clients.
It’s called the Good Client Guide, and it’s been created in partnership with The Satisfaction Project. The Good Client Guide is the clever client’s go-to for etiquette info, sexy and helpful bedroom tips, and insights from a diverse range of experienced workers. Please spread the news far and wide, so we can educate sex work clients everywhere on the right way to treat their providers! If you would like to write for the Good Client Guide, drop us a line!
In addition to this new site, our regular Tryst.link blog features plenty of new articles we think you’ll love, including pieces on camming, thrifting, the impact of AI on sex work, and really juicy interviews with some lovely professionals.
As per usual, we’ve been working on bug fixes and site improvements to ensure you have the best possible experience. Read on for the details, as well as more on what’s happening in the news and in our own community.
New on the blog

Site improvements
- A typo in your advertised mobile number or contact email address can stop potential clients from getting in touch! To help prevent this, we’re introducing a new feature that verifies your email address and mobile number when you add it to your profile.
- Improved some error messages around saving invalid profile information to give clearer guidance on what the issue is.
- Bug fix for the location field error on the edit profile page.
- Caught another couple of typos! We’re herding them out to pasture, for a long life on the farm.
In the community
There's always a lot going on in our amazing community! Here are some of the latest events and resources for workers:
- Fired Up Stilettos is a collective advocating for the human and labor rights of strippers in New Zealand. They need signatures for a petition demanding the right to collective bargaining for independent adult contractors, fair treatment by adult establishments, and a percentage cap on the amount that establishments can take from performers. The petition closes on the 25th of June, and you can support by signing here.
- The 17th of May was International Day Against LGBTQIA+ Discrimination (IDAHOBiT). With events held worldwide, this is a great time to recognize LGBTQIA+ sex workers globally, especially those at the intersections of sex work and sexuality/gender diversity. Solidarity between and amongst our communities is vital in the continued fight for our human rights.
