We’re always looking for ways to make managing your Tryst.link profile easier and, thanks to your feedback, we’ve recently refreshed the layout of the Tours page to make it clearer which trip details you’re saving—especially on mobile.
Previously, your tours would have been listed in a single table with just one save button at the very bottom of the page. Because the button was so far away from the tour details, it was just too easy to assume you had added or modified a trip and navigate away—meaning you could lose your hard work.
To fix this, we’ve moved to a new card-based layout, meaning each tour you add gets its own section. We’ve also added dedicated “Save,” “Edit,” and “Delete” buttons on each card. Now it's clear exactly which tour you are updating, and your updates are saved right away.
We’ve also made a few other small tweaks to make the page flow better. When setting your trip dates, you’ll now notice two separate boxes for your start and end dates, rather than a single date-range picker—so no more unexpected resets when making adjustments! The general Tour Information section now has its own "Save Tour Information" button right beneath it. This makes it easier to distinguish your general notes from the specific details of your upcoming trips, so you always know what you’re updating.
While the page looks a bit different, the requirements for adding a tour haven't changed! Any details or locations you could add previously will still work the same. We hope these changes make planning your upcoming trips that little bit smoother!
Other updates: Australia joins the list of countries we blur images for
To comply with recent Australian online content regulations—the Online Safety Codes (if you're Australian, you've probably heard of them!)—we’ve begun blurring profile images flagged with nudity. This applies only to visitors accessing Tryst.link from an Australian IP address and works the same way as for visitors from France, Germany, and the UK. You don't need to make any changes to your profile or photos, as our system will automatically handle how your images are displayed in these locations, but we recommend having images without nudity if you work within any of these regions.
Search visibility update
We recently fixed a frustrating quirk in our search algorithm that sometimes caused providers to appear multiple times across different pages of a single search. The fix means search results now use a temporary "snapshot" that keeps profile order stable while clients browse. Time-sensitive boosts like "Available Now" will no longer reshuffle the list. The result is a fairer, smoother experience for everyone—and more reliable analytics, so your profile data reflects real people discovering your page. For more details on the change, check out last month's product update.
If you have any feedback about the Tours functionality update, or any other features on Tryst.link, please get in touch! Fire up your email client and send a message to chris@tryst.link—I can't respond to every message, but I will absolutely read them all.
