Glow Up, March!

You will notice further improvements this month designed to make your life easier, to keep the site looking better than ever – and more accessible! The way you purchase TLC has been updated, you can find answers on the site with our refreshed FAQs, and your notifications about site events have been improved.

New on the site this month

  • If you pay for TLC using a credit/debit card, you’ll notice that the process looks a little different. Once you’ve selected the amount of TLC you’d like to purchase, and clicked pay, you’ll see our new credit card details page. Remember to wait until your payment has been processed and you’re returned to the confirmation page!

Other improvements

  • We noticed a bug that sometimes caused unexpected warning emails. We’ve fixed that right up so you should only get the expected emails now!
  • You will notice some slight visual differences when using the site. Notably, contrast has been increased for improved visual accessibility.
  • Widespread visual changes across the site means things are looking better than ever. Changes include better-looking tables and spacing, text highlighting, and underlining all our hyperlinks. If you’re found any unexpected changes, please let us know!
  • Our FAQ’s got a glow up this month to ensure that everything was up to date and clearly explained.
