Feature Spotlight
In recognition of Nonbinary Awareness Week, we would love to share some of the ways our nonbinary users can utilise different functions on the site. We want you to have the ability to choose how you are found in searches. You can request the Androgynous tag for your profile to be found in both Masculine and Feminine searches. Simply raise a new request to have the tag applied to your profile!
You can also leave the gender presentation field empty to be found in nonbinary searches only. For more information, please have a look at our Search Visibility article on the Tryst Knowledge Base.
Category opt-outs can be used for excluding your profile from certain category landing pages that may not reflect you the way you want to be seen. This can be useful for when you want to, for example, advertise your bust size but not appear in the ‘busty’ category.
We recommend all users to have a look at our Knowledge Base article on Pronouns and the importance of using them correctly. There is also a gender presentation document which can assist you in setting up the gender presentation section of your profile, the way you want it.
From us in the blog team – a handful of primarily nonbinary sex workers – to you, Happy Nonbinary Week!
New on the site this month
This month you will notice the platform has had even more improvements to enhance your experience. The notifications display has been further refined for ease of use, and we now let you know when you’re using an unsupported browser.
- Notifications have been decluttered - You’ll notice the way notifications display on the dashboard has been refined - this should help you stay up to date and aware of your profile notifications without being overwhelmed - we want to make your experience of using Tryst.link the best it can possibly be.
Other improvements
- Unsupported browser messaging - some of our features may not work correctly on older browsers. We are encouraging you to update or upgrade your browser to optimise your use of the platform – updating browsers also increases security and decreases site issues on many platforms, not just Tryst.link – which means our support team will have more time to assist you with other issues.
