Hello sweet community,
Throughout April, Australia has a bunch of public (bank) holidays. This affects our wonderful Customer Support team, and may mean increased wait times from the 18th April while we work to make up lost time.
If you are waiting on a response from our team, please do not submit a new ticket (we beg). New tickets start at the back of the queue. We don’t want you to lose your place.
We are working with as much speed and care as possible to progress your support requests; please remember our team are real people, often fellow sex workers, who care deeply about your ability to work and your experience on our platform.
