Check out the Good Client Guide
Last month we let you know that we have added our Client Guide articles to the client dashboard, along with some videos covering etiquette, consent, and using Tryst.link we produced with Georgie from Satisfaction Project. Well, we've made some tweaks to the code and now providers can see these videos as well!

Check them out by heading on over to the Client Guide and if you have any feedback or topics you think we should check out, please let us know!
New this month
- Client Guide is now accessible to all logged in users
- Made it easier for the support team to add users to the beta list. Want to check out features early and provide feedback on them as we work on them? Drop us a line and ask to be added to the program!
Other changes
- Updated content on the website to catch some more typos, out of date content, and improve wording
- Improved guidance in emails when we need your help resolving an issue
