We’d love to know a little of your backstory - how did you get here and what do you do?
It’s really a classic story. I was incredibly broke in art school and I needed to make some money. I started on Seeking Arrangements and began stripping during the summer to pay for school in the fall. Then, during the fall, I would do some cam work. Unfortunately, around my area strip clubs are very fatphobic, which led me towards a dangerous club because of my body type. I had one terrible interaction with a client and decided to switch towards escorting. Now I am doing escorting and content creation full time.
Is there anything you think the general public should learn from sex workers?
I think kindness. There’s a lot of hate in this world but through our work – and I’m talking specifically about companionship – we create such a loving intimate space for people, free of judgment. We create a learning space for people while helping them through our sexual healing.
What’s an aspect of being a sex worker that you really love?
I love meeting new people and developing meaningful relationships. I love watching someone’s confidence grow as they become more comfortable.
What’s something people should probably consider before they take the leap into becoming a sex worker?
They should consider that you need to advocate for yourself with your boundaries, because some clients love to push those. Also consider that they will be in for a leap into an inconsistent schedule, working 24/7 at times, and dealing with some quiet months at other times. It’s not easy work.
How has your work changed your relationship and approach to consent?
It has enhanced my relationship and approach to consent. It has become important to me to make sure whoever I’m being intimate with feels the best during our time together.
How do you like clients to communicate with you during sex?
Communication is key! I love when clients are able to communicate their needs and preferences. I want our time to be special and talking about what we want each other to do to one another is hot!
What’s your favorite way to relax and recharge after a long week?
I am a big home body! I love to relax with my favorite take out, a joint, cuddles from my sweet cat Angel, and my favorite tv show or movie.
You’re a nonbinary Colombiane. How does your culture influence your gender?
I am indigenous from the Musìcas tribe in Bogota, Colombia. For us, gender is a colonized idea and I believe that gender can be expressed any way that feels good for you. To truly succeed in this industry you must show up as your authentic self and the clientele will find you.
Have you found connection and safety in BIPOC specific sex working spaces?
I have! I’m thankful for the life I’ve lived and the people I’ve met along the way. There are so many of us out there and having a safe queer BIPOC community is so special. I’m thankful that the internet has made it easy for us to find each other.
What has sex work taught about beauty standards?
It can be hard to not be in your head when the people who make the most money are the white, thin femmes or women. Sometimes I don’t think people understand the privilege they automatically have, especially in whiteness. I once saw a provider ask BIPOC workers to post their click rate and it was honestly shocking to see compared to our white coworkers’ rates. It’s a sad fact that many of us have to face, but I continue to try my best to focus on myself. I show love to my body and my face everytime I post a photo on social media or do a photoshoot. I love my body, my face and my soft stomach. Knowing that someone has booked me because of this just reminds me how beautiful I am regardless of the eastern European standards.
Your tattoos are so lovely! Do any have particular significance that you’d like to share?
I have a small stripper shoe done by a retired queer sex worker friend of mine. I got it once I reached my 10 year mark in the industry. It was a milestone I am very proud of!
My ultimate weakness is: anyone who respects my boundaries and has a good sense of humor.
My favorite guilty pleasure is: currently it’s the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
My last meal would be: sushi.
For me, the best part of sex is: passion.
