Tell us your story, how did you get into the industry and what has your journey looked like thus far?
During one of my travels, I met a gentleman who introduced me to the world of mutually beneficial arrangements. The lifestyle intrigued me, so I spent some time reading about others' personal experiences that they shared on a forum. There, I stumbled upon an escort's profile, looked her up, and was instantly inspired by the life she has created. I was saving capital to start a business, and escorting seemed palpable at that moment in time that I felt could help me reach my saving goal quicker.
My journey wasn't always smooth. I have found myself through some hard times at the beginning, but I have turned those into powerful life lessons. I have also met some amazing, kind people who appreciate me, adore me, care for and support me, and it's the best feeling in the world. I truly enjoy cultivating long-term connections with them.

What are some of your hobbies and interests outside of work?
I'm interested in human psychology and condition, spirituality, learning new languages, building passive income streams, investing, nanotechnology, metaphysics, space, etc... I binge watch PBS and Youtube. I'm always curious and fascinated by nature and people, their stories, their passions, their challenges, etc... Outside of work, I run an e-commerce business, and volunteer as a crisis counselor. I also enjoy traveling and capturing moments via photography, they make me feel alive and give me a sense of internal calmness.

Is there a book, tv show or movie that has had a major impact on your life? What was it and what did it teach you?
There were too many, it's tough to pick one, but there's a book that jumps out from my memory right now: "The Alchemist". I first read it when I was 13, I really liked the story then. Reading it again as an adult, I saw the lessons it contains. It taught me the importance of believing in your dreams, following the thread of excitement, and being intention oriented. At the same time, it taught me the importance of enjoying the journey and not fixating on a particular outcome. So every day, I aim to do what excites me the most at that moment in time, without having any expectations. It helps to put me in that flow state, then everything in my life just falls into place.

As sex workers, we face a number of challenges in our line of work. What is one issue you care about and how do you think your clients can help sex workers?
One issue I care about is the safety of our line of work. I feel that some clients feel entitled because the media narrative portrays sex workers to be subhuman. Criminalization makes sex workers more vulnerable to violence and abuse. Attackers see sex workers as easy targets because they are more hesitant to report.
I think it's a wonderful that Tryst is spreading awareness about sex work and providing resources, which I think is important in changing the negative narrative of sex work. Clients can help by challenging their beliefs, assumptions, and prejudices about sex workers, by reading the Tryst blog, so they can better understand us and get exposed to individuals' personal experiences and perspectives.

I read that you've travelled quite extensively. What is your favorite place to visit and why?
I was going to say Norway at first, but I think Cambodia is my favorite place to visit. I like the vibe of the country, the food, and most importantly, the people. They are just the purest, kindest souls I've ever met.
What weird food combinations do you enjoy?
Baguette with condensed milk or avocado with wasabi and soy sauce.
Is there anyone in the industry you consider a role model or someone you looked up to when you first started your journey?
Sierra Pine and Shae Ashbury. I follow both of them and have learned a lot from them when I started. I found Sierra on Youtube, she deleted her videos since then, and I read all of Shae's blog. They both seem very kind, well-rounded, humbled, and successful.

Do you have any advice for workers who are just starting out?
Starting out, I think it's important to do your research and have a plan, but it's equally important to not overthink and actually start. I think this advice can be applied to starting anything in life. I am a perfectionist and waited quite a while before posting my first ad for no reason at all. I still make mistakes despite all the research and preparation, they are unavoidable. So just know that you can always make improvements and learn as your business grows and your experiences expand. Also, I think it's important to not compare yourself to others and to remain true to yourself.
