All appointments made 5 or more days in advance require a non refundable deposit of 20% of the value of the appointment. In the unlikely event of a water landing and I would need to commit a cancellation, your deposit will be fully refunded immediately.
Your deposit in non refundable unless I cancel, then it is fully refundable. If you wish to apply your deposit to a future appointment, then this is perfectly fine as long as the appointment takes place within 30 days of the original. If you schedule without a deposit, then a 48 hr cancellation notice is required. If this notice is not given or notice is given less than 24 hours in advance, then I require 100% of the rate paid via cash app or crypto. If you wish to apply your deposit to a future appointment, then this is perfectly fine as long as the appointment takes place within 30 days of the original and additional expenses related to travel and hotel are paid as a deposit.
