Cancellation and Refunds


    If you'd like to cancel your account, please contact support.

    Please note: Cancellations can take up to 5 business days to process. 


    In most cases, memberships for are non-refundable. 

    If you think there’s been an error in billing, please contact support and we’ll work with you to find a solution. 

    Refunds are calculated pro-rata.

    If we decide to issue a refund or credit, this will be done using the same method the purchase was made in. If the membership was bought using Tryst credits, you will be given credit in Tryst credits. If the membership was bought using a particular payment method, you will be refunded using the same payment method.

    Please note: We can only offer refunds to the payment method used
